"I'm a Fiber Technician at Wave Rural Connect. My job is all about troubleshooting and problem-solving. I focus on maintaining the mainline fiber infrastructure, tracking down the source of outages and working to get our members back online quickly. Whether is troubleshooting specific issues, or working with my fellow teammates, my goal is to ensure reliable service for our community. I love the challenges of finding the problem and the satisfaction of getting everyone reconnected.
We strive to restore service the same day, and I think that's a real testament to the commitment of Wave Rural Connect and Arkansas Valley Electric Cooperative to our members. We're a family here, and we treat our members like family too."
