Hayden Chaffey - Power Player of the Week
Arkansas Valley Electric and Wave Rural Connect proudly present the #PowerPlayer of the week: Hayden Chaffey, a senior at Pocola High School.
As an offensive right tackle and defensive end for his school's 1A football team, Hayden has demonstrated his skill, dedication, and leadership qualities.
Football has been a part of Hayden's life for as long as he can remember. "I have been playing football basically all my life," he shares. His passion for the sport is evident in his enthusiasm when he talks about the game. Hayden loves being part of the defensive line, especially the thrill of "hitting somebody, and reading for the ball."
Being a senior on the team, Hayden embraces the responsibility of leadership. "It means a lot to be a leader, getting to show the guys what is right and how it's done," he explains. Hayden believes in leading by example, demonstrating to his teammates what dedication and hard work look like on the field.
