Brack Denton - Student Athlete of the Week
Arkansas Valley Electric and Wave Rural Connect Student-Athelete of the Week is Brack Denton, a senior and linebacker for the Clarksville Panthers.
Brack's leadership skills have truly shone leading up to this season. As one of the six team captains, he has embraced his role with a newfound intensity. "It's a little bit different than past years," he explains. "I am able to lead our guys in a way that I haven't in the past few years as much. I have been able to hold myself and my teammates accountable, making sure we are doing the right thing."
With his future beyond high school in his sights, Brack's ambitions extend far beyond the football field. After graduation, he plans to stay in-state to pursue an undergraduate degree in animal science and eventually pursue a career as a veterinarian. This career path aligns with his upbringing in agriculture, "We have a small family farm, and I showed my heifer and goats at our county fair just two weeks ago," Brack shares. His hands-on experience continues as he volunteers at the local vet clinic and serves his peers in the role of Clarksville FFA President.
Brack is a standout senior at Clarksville High School and a force to be reckoned with on the football field. As a proud Panther, he looks forward to his senior season and all he and his team plan to accomplish together.
