"In my new role as Human Resources Supervisor, I help employees understand benefits, conduct new hire orientation, complete various required reporting and assist with other tasks or special projects that may arise within the department.
My favorite parts of working at AVECC are the family environment/culture, open communication and respect for one another. I love helping others to be successful and have the opportunity to assist others no matter how small or great the need.
