Waldron Gals - Employee Spotlight

Both women were born and raised in Waldron and have since raised their own families in their hometown. Both came to the cooperative for different reasons but have fallen in love with the cooperative way of life.

Most days both women work side-by-side in the lobby assisting customers who visit the drive-thru, walk in to make a payment or call with questions or concerns. 

“We do try to work well with everybody. We've worked with a lot of good people over the years, and we have good people at the Waldron District office. Everybody works well together. We are a tight knit group,” shares Rachel.

Crystal adds, “It’s a blessing. It’s a privilege to work and have worked with some of the best co-workers you could even ask for. There’s a special bond of being in Arkansas Valley Electric. Once an employee, but always family.”
